Eligible projects may include facility upgrades, accessibility planning, universal design improvements and other activities that help remove barriers for people with disabilities.   Canada Post Community Foundation

Funds are available to support community initiatives that make a positive impact on the lives of children and youth. Application Deadline: February 27, 2026


  RBC Barrier Buster Grant

In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Rick Hansen’s Man In Motion World Tour, and in partnership with RBC and the RBC Foundation, the Barrier Buster Grant Program supports eligible organizations – including schools, municipalities, community groups, and non-profit organizations – in removing physical barriers and creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for people of all ages and abilities. Application Deadline: March 15, 2026
